HOW TO USE:
- Start with clean, dry brows, free from oils and cleansers.
- Use the spoolie and brush brows upwards to reveal any gaps.
- Sweep the angled brush through the brow powder and outline brows to shape and define.
- Apply in light strokes and layer to build your desired intensity.
- Use the spoolie to blend the powder through your brows for a softer finish.
- This multi-use product can also be used as an eyeshadow, use an eyeshadow brush to apply and blend over the lids, or use the angled brush provided to create a wing with the darker shade.
