To keep your towel fluffier for longer, do not iron or tumble dry. We recommend air drying only in a shaded area, this will help keep your towels soft-to-touch. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
