Stila's Stay All Day waterproof eye liner now comes in a range of muted neon and pastel shades, where the thin, flexible and delicate felt tip applicator lays down a super fine dose of buildable, matte pastel pigment. It is easy to use, even for the least experienced, and allows for the most intricate graphic designs, delivering a defined thin line or a dramatic bold line with precision. Blue Skies goes on smoothly, without skipping, smudging or pulling, and the waterproof, quick-drying, transfer-proof soft blue shade lasts up to 12 hours, adding precision colour definition to any look! Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify colour. Store horizontally for best performance.
