Avoid exposure to chemicals and remove your jewellery before applying beauty products or engaging in activities like cleaning, sports, or gardening. Store each piece separately in an anti-tarnish box and clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping, except for properly fitted wedding rings. Watches should only be worn for activities suitable to their ATM rating. White gold rings may require rhodium re-plating over time but can be maintained by regular cleaning and safe storage when not in use.
