This alcohol-free mattifying, purifying toner helps to control shine and help reduce the appearance of pores without stripping the skin barrier.
AM and PM: Using a cotton pad or your hands, apply to cleansed skin morning and evening. Follow with your favourite Herbal Essentials moisturiser.
