The Ctenanthe Amagris is an asset to any interior and brings your living space to life with its beautifully coloured leaves. The leaves have a special green-grey colour with dark green thin veins. The bottom of the leaves have a deep aubergine colour, which provides a beautiful contrast. The Ctenanthe Amagris closes its leaves when it gets dark in the evening and opens them again in the morning. When it is completely quiet, you can even hear the plant rustle softly! The Ctenanthe Amagris is not only a beautiful addition to any room, it also purifies the air. The plant is delivered with a height of 30-40cm (measured including the pot).
The Ctenanthe Amagris is a very easy plant to care for and perfect for beginners. The plant likes a bright spot, but beware of direct sunlight as this can burn the leaves. The Ctenanthe Amagris likes to be given small bits of water at a time to keep the potting soil constantly moist. In the summer it needs water once or twice a week, in the winter the potting soil is allowed to dry out a little further.
