How many points do I get for every £1 I spend?

In Tier 1, as an Enthusiast, you will receive 3 points for ever £1 you spend on Beauty products.

In Tier 2, as a Pro, you will receive 4 points per every £1 spent on Beauty products.

In our highest tier, as an Icon, you will receive 5 points for every £1 spent on Beauty products.

Which categories can I shop as "Beauty" and earn points on?

You can shop all Beauty including Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance, Beauty Electricals and can also earn Beauty Club points on Home Fragrance too.

How does the loyalty program work?

The higher the spend the more you are rewarded. It is a tier-based loyalty program where the benefits improve as you move up each tier.

What are the different levels of the program and what do they mean?

New Beauty Club customers will automatically be entered into Tier 1. In Tier 1, as an Enthusiast, you will receive 500 points when you sign up, 3 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, exclusive gifts and treats, sale previews and a 10% birthday discount to use on one transaction around your birthday.

Once you have spent between £101 - £299 at Debenhams.com within a year you will move into Tier 2. In Tier 2, as a Pro, you will receive 4 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, free standard delivery when you spend £40 on Beauty, exclusive treats, sale previews and a 15% birthday discount to use on one transaction around your birthday.

If you spend over £300 on Debenhams Beauty in one year you will move into Tier 3. In Tier 3, as an Icon, you will receive 5 points for every £1 you spend on Beauty, free unlimited next day delivery, exclusive gifts and treats, sale previews and a 20% birthday discount to use in one transaction around your birthday.

How do I sign up to the program?

You can create an account by going to www.debenhams.com/sign-in and click to opt into our Beauty Club. You will then receive a welcome email and email marketing to keep you up to date with all things Beauty Club. You will need to spend a minimum of £10 on beauty to receive your first 500 points.

Will I get a Beauty Club card?

No, this is a digital online journey so you will be able to access your Beauty Club account from Debenhams.com.

What if I was a previous Beauty Club member?

Previous members will need to re-join our Beauty Club to be a part of the new club.

Do I need to sign up if I already have a Debenhams.com account?

Yes you will still need to opt in to the Beauty Club in order to start earning points and marketing emails.

How much are my points worth?

1 point = 1p, if you had 100 points this means you would have £1 worth of points to spend.

How do I check my points balance?

Checking your point balance is quick and easy! You'll need to be logged in to view your points. Once you are, you can check your point balance at www.debenhams.com/account/beauty-club-membership

Will I lose my points?

You have 12 months from the date of issue to use your points otherwise these will expire from your account.

When do I get my points?

30 days from the date of your purchase to allow for returns.

Can I drop a level?

Yes, if you don't spend within 12 months you will stay in the tier based on your spend that year.

What is the minimum number of points I need to starting spending points?

You can start spending your points after you have earnt 500 points.

What happens if I spend £19.99 and don’t meet the £20 threshold for points?

If you have spent £19.99 your points will be rounded up to the nearest point to benefit from points.

Is there a minimum spend to receive 500 points?

Once signed up you will need to spend a minimum of £10.00 to receive 500 points
