The pineapple plant 'Mi Amigo' gives a tropical atmosphere to rooms. A real pineapple protrudes from its graceful green blades! Originally, the Pineapple plant comes from the jungles of Uruguay. Nowadays it is often seen in the home, especially in the bedrooms since the 'Mi Amigo' works against snoring! Because the Pineapple Plant 'Mi Amigo' comes from a tropical surroundings, it needs high humidity. Therefore, it is recommended to water the leaves regularly. Always water the pineapple plant in the heart of the plant as well as on the soil. It is best to keep the soil moist without letting the plant stand in a layer of water. Preferably do not place the plant in direct sunlight, but also not completely in the shade. The pineapple plant is non-toxic to pets and humans.
