Euphorbia Ingens, also known as 'Cowboy cactus', is a popular plant that is often the star of interior design blogs and social media. The plant fits perfectly with modern interiors, creating a desert-like atmosphere in any room. The plant is called Cowboy cactus because it is often seen in movies about the Wild West. Officially, the Euphorbia is not a cactus, but a succulent. Beware, it does have spines. Otherwise, the plant is very easy to care for and can thrive in different locations.

How much water the plant needs depends on its location. If the plant is in a sunny spot, it needs more water than if it is in the shade. Water the plant once every two weeks from April to September. When the days are shorter from October to March, it needs watering once a month. Make sure that the plant stands in well-drained soil so that the water can drain well and the plant does not suffer from root rot.
