UKLASH Brow Pencil is a long-lasting, pigmented pencil with an ultra fine tip, which allows you to draw defined hair strokes. Cream based formula for smooth application, in 3 buildable shades. The dual ended pencil, allows you to use the brush to gently brush eyebrows into place. Brow Pencil can be used alone or layered with other brow products. How to use: Draw short strokes in the direction of the natural hair growth with the ultra fine pencil tip. Use the brush to blend, soften, and brush brows into place. If using with the Brow Sculpt, apply the Pencil afterwards once the Sculpt product has set your brows.
