Measure the bottom of your neck where your collar would naturally sit. When measuring your neck you should be able to fit an index finger between your neck and the measuring tape to ensure your shirt is not too tight-fitting.
Start in a standing position with arms by your side and measure around the broadest part of your chest. The measuring tape needs to be level all the way around (parallel to the ground) and sit at around nipple height.
Your arm length measurement is taken from the back of your neck to your wrist. The measuring tape should start at the back of your neck, in the centre, and run across the top of the shoulder and down the arm to the wrist. Keep the tape on the top side of the arm, going over the elbow.
In a relaxed standing position, breathe out and take your waist measurement around the waistline, just above the belly button. Keep the tape level all the way around and parallel to the ground.
While standing, measure from the top of the inside of your leg at the crotch down to your ankle bone where your trousers would usually finish.
