For Quick Delivery items, your furniture item(s) will be delivered within 3 weeks of your order being placed.
Only selected furniture items online are available for Quick Delivery. Please check the individual product page(s) to see whether the item is available for this service and for more details regarding delivery times. Alternatively, you can also check delivery times on your confirmation email.

Please note that delivery within 3 weeks, of your order being placed cannot be guaranteed to certain rural and offshore areas. The areas which may be affected by this are the Islands of Ireland.
We will do our absolute best to meet our stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and demand.

Made to Order and any other furniture item(s)

Made to Order furniture is custom-made specifically to your requirements.
For Made to Order items or any other furniture item(s) delivery times vary. Please check the individual product page(s) for more accurate delivery times. Alternatively, you can also check delivery times on your confirmation email.

For selected Made to Order and other furniture items, our couriers will deliver your furniture item(s) to a room of your choice and will be unwrapped and assembled by the courier company, where assembly is required. Please check the individual product page(s) to see whether the item is available for these services.
You are, however, required to ensure that the item(s) will fit your property and can be easily transported. Please check the individual product page(s) for product dimensions. Alternatively, if you are uncertain about anything, please feel free to contact us.

What is the return policy for furniture?

Furniture purchased under a distance contract (online or by phone) can be returned in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Except for the items of furniture listed below in the exclusions section, you can cancel your purchase and return the item if you inform us within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We offer a collection service under which a €109.50 charge will be made for the cost of collection of all furniture items, except that for outdoor furniture, barbeques & chimneys, rugs, bean bags, headboards, bed frames, office chairs & desks, TV stands, hi-fi stands, dining and bedroom mirrors, the cost of collection will be €36.50.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Until the collection has taken place or the item has been returned to us, you will be required to keep the item in the same condition as it was in when delivered to you. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item you return to us and make deductions to the refund paid to you, on account of any use of the item or any damage to the product or packaging.

Collections can take up to 21 days to be booked in to the carrier collection network. Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the item back at our warehouse.
Except as set out above, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on furniture items. However, the above requirements are subject to, and do not affect, your statutory rights, including in respect of faulty items.


We do not accept returns on mattresses or divan sets that have been removed from their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What are my rights under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU?

If you buy goods under a distance contract (including, for example, by phone or online but excluding any goods bought in store), under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have up to 14 calendar days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification, clearly personalised or unsealed audio or video recording or computer software if you remove the seal, newspapers, periodicals or magazines or goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly). If you buy multiple goods as part of one order which are delivered to you on different days, your cancellation period will end fourteen days after the day on which you or your nominee receive the last item of your order. Any delivery charges will be refunded. However, unfortunately we are unable to refund delivery charges for part cancellations or returns.
