Signing Off - Red Vinyl 2xLP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Signing Off is the sound of UB40 arriving fully formed: heavy basslines, dubwise space and sharp political writing all push through the record's debut-album status. It still feels urgent, not just historically important, and the longer pieces make the double-LP format feel earned rather than inflated.Tyler, Burden Of Shame and Food For Thought give the record its backbone, while Madam Medusa and Strange Fruit show how far the band could stretch mood and message this early on.SIDE ONE:1.
