Chop Wood Carry Water - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Chop Wood Carry Water is an unusually slippery record: hypnotic grooves, damaged synths, free-form rhythm and a constant sense that the songs could either lock in or fly apart. Pleasure keep that tension alive across the whole set, which gives the album its strange pull.Rather than polishing these pieces up, the band let the exploratory side of the music stay visible. That makes tracks like Self Suck 210321, I'm Ready 190813 and Love Inside Me 200219 feel alive in a very direct way. A compelling left-field listen for anyone into experimental rock, noise and off-centre repetition.SIDE ONE:1. Self Suck 2103212. I'm Ready 1908133. Get Over It Fuckhead 2007314. Henson 190719SIDE TWO:1. Love Inside Me 200219 (feat Andy Campbell)2. Be Safe (You Can Get Naloxone In Nsw Without Prescription For Free) 1910123. Hardly 210203
