Chak Chak Chak Chak - Vinyl LP
“Refund was approved and back in my account the same day.” - Deliver+ customer
Julian Mayorga twists cumbia into something playful, surreal and slightly unhinged on Chak Chak Chak Chak, a record that always sounds like it is one left turn away from complete collapse. The rhythms stay lively, but the arrangements are packed with odd textures and sudden swerves, which makes tracks like 'No Te Comas Las Blanquisimas Mofetas', 'El Vorrh' and 'Arda La Ciudad Cuando Arrecie El Monte' hit even harder. It is a bright, wiry LP with plenty of movement and plenty of character.SIDE ONE:1. No Te Comas Las Blanquisimas Mofetas2. La Muerte Del Perro3. Sueno Con Culebras4. La Venganza De Las Wawas Panches5. El VorrhSIDE TWO:1. Tres Tristes Transeuntes2.
