Under Debenhams' "Bra Fit Guarantee" offer, if after having a bra fitted in store it is not the most comfortable bra the customer owns, the customer can return the bra to store within 30 days together with proof of purchase and proof that the bra was purchased under the Bra Fit Guarantee, which will be provided upon purchase. Upon returning the bra the customer will be entitled to book a second bra fitting for a similar product and can exchange their first bra for a second one (the "Exchange Offer"). If the second bra is still not the most comfortable bra the customer owns, the customer is, so long as they provide proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of exchange, entitled to: (a) a full refund; and (b) to keep the second bra (the "Refund and Keep Offer"). Together, the Exchange Offer and the Refund and Keep Offer are the "Offers.
