Do you deliver to all ROI addresses?

Yes, we do for almost all of the products on offer.

How long do standard deliveries take?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days. The table below shows the estimated delivery date depending on the date of the order. Products can be delivered by our courier at any time of day between 9am and 6pm.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Standard delivery is €4.95 or FREE on all orders over €30 (exceptions apply). 


What happens if I am out when the courier comes?

No problem. Our couriers will either leave the parcel with a neighbour, leave it somewhere safe, or will take it away again for redelivery. They will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and what action they have taken.

Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?

Yes, this is no problem. When ordering, please put in the delivery address you require and give us your billing address as well.

What are the normal delivery times?

Products can be delivered by our courier at any time of day between 9am and 6pm.

Can I track my order?

Most orders despatched from a Debenhams warehouse can be tracked however orders sent from some concession brands, furniture/home items and external suppliers may be unavailable to track.

Click & Collect/Collect from store orders cannot be tracked however you will receive an e-mail message informing you when your order is ready for collection. To access our tracking system please click here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order however unless cancellation takes place before payment has been processed, this is generally within 30 minutes of order placement, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.

To cancel your order please either refuse delivery or return via one of our return options. Alternately you can contact our Customer services team here.

I've ordered furniture - what now?

Your confirmation email will contain an estimate of when to expect delivery. Some products will take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. Our furniture team will contact you 2 weeks before delivery to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.

What is the Click & Collect service?

You can choose to have your order delivered to any Debenhams store, who will keep it for you until you are ready to collect it.

How can I choose the Click & Collect service?

As part of the checkout process, you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect (if available for the products you have selected.) Please click on the 'Select store' button, then pick the store of your choice from the list - or enter your postcode for a choice of your closest stores.

Where is the collection point in my local store?

Details of the collection point will be in your confirmation email. You can also visit our store finder. Alternatively, please ask any member of staff when you get to the store.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order?

Please bring a copy of your confirmation email (either printed or on your phone) together with either a bank card with your name on it, or a form of photo ID.

Can someone else collect the order for me?

Yes, someone else can collect it. They need to bring the confirmation email (either printed or on your phone) along with a photo ID for themselves.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Most products can be ordered for Click & Collect. If a product is not available the 'Click & Collect' icon will be unticked.

Can I reserve an item in my local store?

We do not currently offer this service. Instead, please order the products you need online and select the Click & Collect option.

What happens if I forget to collect my order?

We will hold your uncollected parcel for 30 days. After this date we will refund your purchase. Please note this may take 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to reach our refund point, plus 3 - 5 working days for the card provider to credit your account.
